Former Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard has won for himself almost major accolades and trophy, and has added to them by being honoured in the Guiness World Records Book for his goal against Chealsea while on Loan at Manchester City, breaking former Manchester United Striker Andy Cole's record of scoring against the most Premier League clubs in the process.
