David Beckham honoured with Legend of Football Award

David Beckham  was honoured with the Legend of Football Award at the 20th Anniversary HMV Football Extravaganza which held at London's Grosvenor House Hotel on Tuesday, the former Manchester United midfielder David Beckham paid £10,000 for  an Arsenal shirt  he signed for his son Romeo's birthday during the event, The event raises funds for music therapy charity Nordoff Robbins, so Beckham's generosity was all for a good cause.
Beckham Jokingly said at the event  'I had a choice to go to Tottenham or Arsenal and I chose Tottenham for a couple of years - even though I’ve spent 10 grand on an Arsenal shirt. But it’s for a good cause.'
