Roberto Mancini Out of Italy Job

Zenit  Saint Petersburg manager Roberto Mancini has ruled himself out of the race to replace  the sacked Gian Piero Ventura as Italy boss.

Mancini who boasts of a fulfilled career with the likes of Manchester City and Inter Milan has revealed that he is happy in Russia.

The race for the coach of the Azzurri is contested among Carlo Ancelotti, Fabio Capello and Fabio Cannavaro.

Buffon to Retire in 2018

Juventus Goalie and World's most expensive goalkeeper Gianlugi Buffon has revealed that his career as a player will come to end after the 2018 World Cup in Russia.

Buffon has featured in four World Cup campaigns for Italy and has ammassed 154 international appearance   since first donning the Azzuri Jersey in 1997.

The 37-year old said 'I will try to make the next World Cup and then it may be time to close the door,It will almost certainly be at the end of the 2018 World Cup.'
