Spanish defender Hector
Bellerin outran Theo Walcott
to remain Arsenal’s fastest man and earn the bragging rights.
Bellerin who clocked 4.78s in a 40m sprint beat Walcott by one
hundredth of a second last summer, revealed in an interview with The Sun: “Everyone keeps telling me
different number, but I know I beat Theo by literally one hundredth of a second
after he had beaten Thierry, so you can do the maths. It was very close last
year but this year I beat Theo by more of a distance. He won’t tell you that
though.”
