Rita Ora has joined The Voice on the fourth season |
Rita Ora has been chosen to join Sir Tom Jones, Will.i.am and Ricky Wilson on the upcoming fourth series of BBC One singing competition The Voice.
The ‘How We Do (Party)’ singer has followed
the steps of
Kylie Minogue and Jessie J to become the only female
coach on the judging panel.
An elated Rita

Her fellow coaches who are now in their second year, who
were delighted with the choice had
things to say. Welsh legend Tom said: 'I'm
really looking forward to coming back to The Voice for season four. Not only do
I get to know and work with Rita, I can once again enjoy hearing and seeing the
talent that comes from just about every corner of the UK’.

to welcome the very talented Rita Ora.

The pop diva
rose to stardom with four number one singles and a multi-million selling debut
album to her name. The original judging panel included Jessie J and The
Script's Danny O'Donoghue, who were replaced by The Kaiser Chiefs frontman Ricky
and Kylie last year.
Meanwhile,
presenting duo Emma Willis and Marvin Humes are also back for the new
series.
Emma commented: 'I am delighted to be returning to The Voice for
Series four. It was a privilege to be part of the team who uncovered such
amazing talent last year and I loved every minute of it.
'Bring on
those spinning chairs - here’s to another cracking series!'
The four
musical mavens will meet for the first time at the blind auditions, which kick
off in Salford, Manchester next month.
The Voice
returns in January 2015.
